Creative Leadership That Builds Cultures and Brands
I’ve always believed that the best things in life, whether family, career, or creativity, are built on strong relationships and the willingness to take on challenges.
I’m a husband, father, and creative leader who has spent over two decades growing teams, shaping brands, and pushing creative work that actually makes an impact. Family has always been at the core of who I am, and the way I lead reflects that. I foster collaboration, mentorship, and an environment where great ideas thrive.
My career has never been about taking the easy road. When I left my first company, Ross, I chose the most challenging path available. I opened and grew Gelia’s remote office from the ground up, led teams, and expanded business opportunities. Years later, I made another bold move, uprooting my family to help grow another office in Raleigh. Those decisions shaped me, not just as a creative, but as a leader. I don’t just work in creative; I build cultures where creative teams thrive.
I’ve spent years helping Fortune 40 global brands, billion-dollar national companies, and multimillion-dollar regional businesses tell their stories, turning technical and industrial products into compelling brand narratives. But beyond big-name brands and award-winning campaigns, what I’m most proud of is mentoring the next generation of creative leaders and building teams that thrive.
